Episode 057: Stepping Off the Hamster Wheel and Reclaiming Your Life

redefining success

It can be so easy to get stuck on what I like to call the hamster wheel of success, just working harder and harder to try and make more money, get a better job, etc. while internally feeling like you’re going nowhere.

That’s how Callie Schweitzer felt earlier this year. By all accounts, she was doing great—getting high-profile jobs, making money, and living the life in NYC. And yet, she was left wondering, is this all there is?

So, she “pressed the nuclear button” on her life, left her job, tried putting away her to-do list, and decided to do the real work of figuring out what would bring her fulfillment. And in today’s episode, she shares all the juicy goodness she’s learned over the past six months with us.

This episode is so chock-full of insights that it feels impossible to sum up, but just some of the things we’ll dig into include:

  • The mindset change at the root of transforming your life
  • What self care REALLY is all about (hint: it’s not sharing your massage on insta)
  • Why it’s important to start collecting positive evidence (and how to do it)
  • What celebrating the now really means (it’s not as woo woo as you think)
  • How to figure out WHY you’re working towards what you’re working towards

I really can’t wait for you all to hear this one, so hurry up and give it a listen, then let me know what areas of your life you think you need to seriously reset (and how you’re gonna start doing it!).
